Dr. Malik has served as an expert witness in dependency, juvenile, family and criminal courts across multiple counties in Florida, as well as outside of the state of Florida. She is involved in the following areas:

Attachment and parent-child relationships

Foster care, foster placement

Reunification and termination of parental rights

Child development, trauma, maltreatment, and domestic violence

Other Court Related Activities: Dr. Malik has served as a consultant to attorneys, and has conducted family observations, attachment observations, clinical interviews, and psychological evaluations. Dr. Malik is NOT currently conducting psychological evaluations or social investigations in Family Court.
